Tenants are required to maintain active insurance coverage in the minimum amounts and types listed in their individual leases.

Vendor insurance requirements vary depending upon the type and scope of work being performed.  It is imperative that a building specific certificate of insurance be on file with the management office before any work is performed in the building.
